Our platform helps the Muslim community stay informed when a brother or sister in faith passes away. It shares funeral announcements, janazah (funeral prayer) details, and burial information so community members can attend and make dua for the deceased.
To create an obituary, simply create an account and log in. Once you’re inside your dashboard, you'll see an option to Add Listing. From there, you can enter all details about your loved one and submit it for publishing.
Family members, close friends, or representatives from the masjid or Islamic center handling the janazah may submit an announcement.
No. Posting an obituary or funeral announcement on Ummah Funeral is free of charge. Our mission is to serve the Ummah by helping spread awareness and unite the community in prayer.
Please include:
The full name of the deceased
Date of passing
Janazah prayer location, time, and masjid name
Burial site (if known)
